The central Corporate Procurement Department of the TX Group is responsible for the procurement of more than 20 integrated group companies in Switzerland. These projects are characterized by a high degree of diversity and affect all product groups.

Are you a professional in procurement? Do you feel comfortable in a digital environment and are you interested in the procurement of digital products? Are you also a convincing and assertive personality? Then you are the ideal addition to our team as a Senior Procurement Manager.

Your tasks:

• Project buyer for the product groups Software (SaaS / OnPremise), Hardware & IT Services, Professional Services 

• Implementation of tenders (RFI, RFQ and RFP)

• Design of the evaluation process, preparation of offer analyses and decision bases (utility value analyses, TCO consideration, risk analysis)

• Conducting negotiations and concluding national and international contracts for commodity IT software

• Drawing up contracts and coordinating the commercial, technical and legal aspects with the relevant contacts, incl. drawing up framework agreements, on the basis of customer-specific contract templates

• Analyzing product groups and deriving procurement strategies

• Creation of business cases

• Supplier and stakeholder management

• Cross-divisional collaboration with the specialist departments and Group companies from various business divisions as well as project management

• Ensuring compliance with commercial and legal requirements in coordination with the legal department

Your qualifications:

• Relevant University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar

• Several years of practical experience in indirect procurement, ideally experience in purchasing in an international corporate environment in the IT software sector, i.e. in relation to the various aspects of licensing, support and maintenance as well as implementation & SaaS solutions

• Experience in the areas of IT professional services and IT outsourcing & offshoring an advantage

• Experience in the area of sourcing in relation to basic principles, contract law, negotiations, competitive situation, etc.

• Affinity for information technology and IT software licensing/maintenance

• Very good oral and written language skills in German and English are a must-have

• Service-orientation, assertiveness and negotiating skills
