Are you passionate about turning complex IT and business processes into seamless, automated experiences? We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Expert to take a central role in the development, enhancement and operation of our ServiceNow platform. You'll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across the business to drive innovation, ensure operational excellence and support our digital transformation journey.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, CSM or other key modules based on business needs.
Customize and develop applications using JavaScript, APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts and UI Policies.
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Act as a trusted partner to business units - translating requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.
Ensure platform stability and performance through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Drive ServiceNow strategy and architecture in alignment with enterprise goals.
Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Support training and enablement for internal teams and users.
What You Bring
Several years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration.
Deep knowledge of ITSM and CSM ServiceNow modules.
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and experience with ServiceNow platform components.
Experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems and services.
Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience working in agile environments and a solid understanding of ITIL frameworks is desirable.
