TX Services is looking for a highly skilled, proactive and hands-on Head of Finance & Administration to lead all financial, administrative, and facility-related activities. This role is critical for ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strong governance across TX Services in Serbia.
What do we need?
As the Head of Finance & Administration, you will own all financial operations for TX Services. You will manage cost allocation, oversee invoicing and cash flow, coordinate audits, supervise administrative and facility functions, and ensure compliance with all local regulations. What exactly will you be doing?
Lead, manage and execute all financial operation of TX Services
Manage cost overview and cost allocation for all TX Services activities
Manage and oversee invoicing and other financial transactions
Monitor cash inflow and outflow and react accordingly
Establish and maintain cost recharging model in line with the Transfer Price study
Coordinate and execute yearly financial audit done by chosen audit company in Serbia
Yearly financial reporting
Be in charge for any sort of financial inspection (for tax, labor inspection etc)
Manage and oversee all general administration activities for Serbia (contract management with local suppliers, negotiation for financially impactful contracts, SLA with customers, bank contracts and accounts handling administration, etc.)
Manage and oversee all facility related activities and projects
Manage outsourced services such as accounting, tax, auditing, consulting, and legal and closely work with outsourced service providers for Serbia
Closely cooperate with other local partners such as facility management, bank, IT providers, office management suppliers, insurance broker in Serbia to seek the possibility for improvements and cost savings
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures of TX Services
Track TX Services financial status for Serbia and process performance to identify areas of improvement
Develop a set of reporting packages and report regularly on the progress to the TXS Services Management
Support TX Services Management in various tasks and projects
Cooperate closely with Group FICO, Controlling, Treasury, and TX Services HR
Collaborate closely with the TX Services HR stream in particular for payroll check
Manage the employees in the financial, general administration and facility stream
Our ideal candidate has/is:
Proven hands-on experience in Head / Senior finance role, preferably within an international or shared services environment
Strong knowledge of Serbian financial regulations, tax law, and audit processes
Extensive experience with controlling, transfer pricing, cost allocation models, and financial reporting
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple streams (finance, admin, facility)
Very strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
Team player who supports colleagues and collaborates naturally across different departments
Positive, solution-oriented attitude, especially when facing challenges
Not afraid to step into the unknown or take ownership of new topics
Fluency in English
