Tamedia is building a new kind of product organization. We are creating an autonomous, AI-first studio in Belgrade with end-to-end responsibility for Tamedia’s digital product ecosystem. From product management and user experience to engineering, quality assurance and platform operations, the studio will own the complete product lifecycle. We are looking for a Product Studio Lead who will build and scale this organization from the ground up.

This is not a traditional management role. It is a builder role.

You will operate like a founder within Tamedia, building a new organization, establishing new ways of working and creating an environment where innovation, ownership and execution thrive. You will shape the team, establish the culture, define how we work and create an environment where talented people can deliver exceptional products with speed, accountability and measurable impact.

Your mission

Build and scale an autonomous, high-performing and AI-first product studio with end-to-end ownership for product delivery, technology and engineering excellence. You are responsible for shaping the studio’s technology stack, engineering practices and AI capabilities while ensuring that products are delivered efficiently, sustainably and with measurable business impact.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience building and scaling digital products and/or teams

• Strong product and business mindset with the ability to connect user needs, business goals and execution

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams

• Strong understanding of product KPIs, experimentation and data-driven decision-making

• Experience working with modern software development organizations

• Solid technology understanding and the ability to challenge and guide technical decisions

• Deep interest in AI and its practical application across product development and delivery

• Experience with rapid prototyping, experimentation and modern AI-enabled ways of working is a strong plus

What matters most

We care more about builder mentality, ownership and execution capability than specific industry experience. You do not need to come from the media industry.
