You will be part of the genesis of TX Services Engineering Operation Center in Portugal, along with 20+ colleagues locally, who will support the developing of our products and growing the business, while working closely with colleagues from Switzerland, Serbia, and other locations.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who would be responsible for:

• Developing concepts and maintaining operational excellence of programmatic SaaS products and features
• Meeting business needs and goals and providing users with a fulfilling experience
• Liaising with key stakeholders and understanding B2B (client) and B2C (job seeker) market perspectives and how they use our products
• Collaborating with various disciplines including engineering, design, research, and other stakeholders to maintain and evolve the product
• Regularly communicating impactful and valuable product changes to users and internal stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

• Leading Product Management for SaaS product development
• Collaboration with various teams to scope, conceptualize and implement quarterly product initiatives as well as develop strategic product planning

• Observing the performance of the developed products and services through qualitative and quantitative user data research and analysis

• Prioritizing delivery tasks according to the strategic roadmap within the Scrum framework
• Usage of clear and compelling storytelling to share the context for the product development and user perspective

What are we looking for:

• Strong track record in product management for web or SaaS platforms, including a strong background in strategy work
• Experience with Scrum methodology in practice
• Experience in programmatic advertising and online recruiting is an advantage
• Curious to generate meaningful, fact-based user insights and enhance the user experience

• Clear and structured communicator, willing to share knowledge and information widely
• Business fluent level of English, knowledge of German and French is an advantage

• Willingness to work in an international environment and acquire an understanding of the Swiss job market
