As we keep on expanding, we are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer, and would like to welcome you on board with us very soon.

Would you enjoy doing this?

• End-to-end responsibility for conception, development and implementation of modern frontend applications.

• Helping junior team members with guidance and assistance to help them grow by teaching the things that have helped you become a better engineer.

• Developing POC’s and implementing discovery work, running AB tests to ensure users get a product taht actually gets better over time.

• Working with product and design teams on producing the most intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces.

• Be a pragmatic influence to how teams deliver front-end solutions to our millions of readers.

• Implementing modern front-end engineering practices and standards.

Does this sound like you?

• 7+ years of practical web experience writing solid JavaScript, as well as having a strong focus on React and Next.js applications at scale, HTML, and styled components in a fast-moving modern production environment.

• You have impeccable follow-through and passion for delivering effective solutions with an end-to-end responsibility mindset and strong user focus.

• You take ownership of your work and have deep empathy for other team members and our users.

• You have a strong understanding of client communication with APIs.

• You are a problem solver with a passion for simple, clean, and maintainable solutions.

• Practice in clean code, pair programming, continuous integration/delivery.

• Experience with agile methodologies and a pronounced agile mindset.

• You're familiar with product and design life cycles, sprints, and collaborating closely with Designers and Product Managers.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (some German or French is a plus).

• A degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
