To support our growing Porto office, we're looking for an IT Support & Azure Cloud Operations Specialist who enjoys helping people, solving technical challenges and continuously learning new technologies.

What do we need from you?

We're looking for a technically curious and service-oriented professional to provide day-to-day IT support for our Porto office while contributing to cloud and infrastructure operations alongside our international IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine end-user support with Azure, automation and infrastructure-related work.

What you will be doing

• Provide first and second-level IT support for employees in our Porto office.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and Microsoft 365 issues.

• Prepare, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.

• Manage the procurement, deployment and lifecycle of end-user devices.

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT perspective.

• Assist with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud operations.

• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering on infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives.

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

• Ensure reliable and professional IT support while continuously improving internal processes.

What we are looking for

• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk or Systems Administration.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure or a strong willingness to learn.

• Understanding of networking fundamentals.

• Experience with endpoint/device management solutions is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.

• Good English communication skills. German in an advantage.
